Dr. Pat Chapman has brought me through a lot of things. I can't complain about her service,. What I don't like is the unbelievably long waiting times in waiting room, in dr room and return phone calls. They definitely need better training in this area. I believe insurance/corporate made all these changes, drs have no choice but to follow protocol.
So my boyfriend lost his iPhone while at Pulaski health center. Went to front desk to ask if anyone had seen it/ if it had been returned. Lady snapped at him. Luckily I to have a iPhone and used find my iPhone, to locate. Same lady that snapped at him (at front desk) was the one that had the phone!!! We also called it a few times to try and locate to make sure it wasn't in the car. The lady had asked if we had called a couple times. Obv. Why wouldn't u answer the phone and let someone know it was there (it was same number calling back to back) unless u wanted to keep the phone!!!!
Sent me a letter in the mail with a change of appt. Sent me new date and time. Left work early on this day and drove all the way from Liverpool for them to tell me my appt. Wasn't for another week at another time. Had letter and all with me that they sent in mail. Didn't get we can see what we can do or maybe We can fit you in or an apologize for the "Mis understanding". Took a 2 hour loss and 10 bucks in gas wasted and not even an I'm sorry let's see what we can do to make this right - this was my 1st and last appt. Ever at this location.
A doctor ignored a symptom of mine that turned out to be breast cancer.
I guess constant ear infections are not a red flag for these doctors and they would not write a referal for a specialist for my son. How many infections does it take?!?!? Switching doctors to someone who actually took more than a second to look, revealed my son's ear drums were SCARRED, BLEEDING, LEAKING AND SWOLLEN. Instant referal and concern, no thanks to the Pulaski Health Center. We switched providers and won't be returning to thier cattle herding way of seeing patients.
